The light at the end of the tunnel
How many times have you said this sentence? Or maybe said it as an expression of compassion for someone who has just passed through a difficult phase of life?
I believe that it’s an illusion that our lives are always high. The depths strengthen us, let us think about things, clean up our lives…
Sometimes, customers call me for Feng Shui advice and tell me that they are in a low phase. They tell me they hope that with Feng Shui in their living spaces, the lows will not come back.
Honestly, I would be the FIRST to welcome that. I would be the FIRST to organize a big celebration to say goodbye to the lows of life.
But Feng Shui is only one puzzle piece of all of the many influences on our lives.
It is a Taoist philosophy of life – much deeper than simply moving furniture around. If we bring these modes of action into our living environment step by step, we are supported by the spaces in what we intend to do. We are carried and welcomed by them.
Now there is still your “normal” life in which you go out day by day. You interact with people and situations that affect you in different ways.
But there are also the masters of life who will help you to find YOUR way.
What I call the power of life, others may call the universe, angels, or deities. And others who don’t identify with spirituality might say, coincidences. Call it what you want, the power remains the same.
Of course, these lessons are not always easy… One of my personal lows came nearly 20 years ago after finishing my degree in business administration. I got out of school and could find nearly no work at all. I can still remember that during a job interview I was told how to make the coffee for the office – as a business administration graduate!
I was MAD at life, but today I know that if I had found a good job in the world of marketing at the time, I would not be writing this today. I would not be a Feng Shui consultant or founder of the SpaceHealing method.
At that time I did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I didn’t even have a clue that I was in the tunnel or hole of a low phase.
So what is it I want to tell you with this blog post?
Recently, in meditation, I had a vision that for me, explained the depths of life, all the dark tunnels, as well as the moments of despair when I was in the depths of nothingness.
Here it comes:
I saw myself go through a tunnel and felt this huge mountain above me. I was angry and scolded myself. I asked the masters of life, “Why the hell are you putting me into this darkness. Just tell me what I have to do, and I’ll do it! Can’t my lessons finally be more enjoyable? “
Her answer: “Of course we could have let you go along in the sun, but then you would have had to go over the mountain. The mountain is tall and steep. It would have cost you a lot of strength and time. The way through this tunnel and the darkness makes you invisible for some time, but you arrive relaxed and ultimately, more quickly to the other side of the mountain. “
I cannot tell you how much love and humility I have found from this “conversation.” Even now, when I write these words to share this very personal story with you, I have goosebumps all over my body.
Feng Shui is also confidence in life …
… paying attention to the great and small hints of experience and the courage to follow these impulses.
Will Feng Shui banish the depths of life? Not at all. But the depths will not be so deep, and the heights will last longer.
With this in mind, I wish you a wonderful week!
All the best
